Terms of Sale

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm EST.
We must receive payment within 3 days of the date of sale. A reminder will be sent after 2 days.
Buyer agrees to use refurbished products for their originally intended purpose, as dictated by the manufacturer.
Sunnking ships with UPS and USPS. We also offer local pickup by appointment only.
Please contact us prior to making payment for any service exceptions or address changes.
NY residents are responsible for 8% NY sales tax.
Returns accepted within 30 days. Exchanges are offered when available.
Sunnking will assess a 10% restocking fee for any returned item that is refused or deemed unable to be delivered by the carrier or damaged due to improper installation or use. There will be a 50% restocking fee for any item that has been reconfigured or altered in any way from the original listing. If you set up a return for a freight item the return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility.
